Successfully leases apartments by meeting customer needs.

Assists in marketing the property and generating traffic.

Plus Bonuses!Must be able to travel to multiple locations in the Valley area.Paid Leasing Bonuses and Mileage!Requirements:Minimum 1-year experience as a leasing consultantMust be bilingual in Spanish & EnglishMust have a Valid California Drivers LicenseMust have a minimum of 1 years of customer service and/or sales experience.Lease apartments to achieve and maintain maximum occupancy.Ensure model apartments and surrounding areas are lease-ready.Understand lease terms, policies, and procedures.Build a strong resident retention program.Perform administrative tasks related to leasing documentation, move-ins, and reporting.Must be energetic and have strong sales skills.Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required.
