The Office of the CFO Senior Associate role is an experienced level position that works with client engagement team(s) to deliver finance-led transformations.

Solutions include:Foundational Finance – Establish a finance organization that quickly and accurately produces financial reportingTransactions – Successfully execute transactions and events; minimize risk and maximize returnTransformation and Turnaround – Enable Finance to serve as a business partner and support better business performance Primary FocusFinance and accounting operationsFinancial planning & analysisFinance organizational structure alignmentRisk management and governanceTransaction preparation and executionBalance sheet and cash flow optimizationEBITDA improvementBusiness performance management and analyticsFinance strategy, operating model, and business partnershipFinance technologyInterim management Primary Responsibilities:Support the OCFO client service teams in designing and implementing holistic solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness in finance organizationsImprove decision-making, enable business partnering, and drive valueCollaborate with client, colleagues, other professionals, and other stakeholders to achieve engagement objectivesDevelop and effectively manage project work plan(s)Support the development and presentation of reports, analyses, presentations, and other client deliverablesParticipate in business development, marketing, recruiting, and practice development activitiesDemonstrate the highest degree of professionalism, ethics, quality, and integrity Requirements:Undergraduate degree from a top academic institution; Master’s degree or MBA preferredMinimum of 3 years of prior work experience, ideally in financial management consulting and/or corporate finance roleExpertise in financial modeling and analysisStrong knowledge of core finance and accounting processesGeneral knowledge of financial ERP systems, BI technologies, and other finance performance management toolsExpertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointStrong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex unstructured information rapidly and develop insights and recommendationsExcellent written and oral communication skills; ability to define, influence, and drive change at executive levels and across the broader community of stakeholdersGrit, passion, perseverance ability to adapt to complex, dynamic situations and work hard to follow through on commitmentsAbility and willingness to undertake extensive travelWillingness to work at times, long hours during the week and on weekends due to client demands may be necessaryCandidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship Preferred expertise in one of more of the following:Accounting : CPA (or equivalent); technical/GAAP accounting expertiseFinance: FP& A certification, treasury, CTP, or CFAProject Management / Process Improvement: certification in PMP, Six Sigma, or related areasTechn ical expertise (one or more) in:SQL, Python, VBA or other coding languagesTableau or other data visualization toolsFinancial ERP (e.G.
