YouGov Signal specifically generates insights from SVOD viewership stats, social and digital data focusing primarily on the film and TV industry.

The role is currently fully remote during COVID-19, but there is an office in Santa Monica if you choose to work out of it.

Job Description

We are looking for an Analyst to assist in creating custom ad-hoc reports for our TV and entertainment client.

The Analyst’s role is ensure delivery of weekly custom reports and manage workflow to service those clients within the data analyst team.

You ideally have experience in market research, data, analytics and have an interest in the media industry or film & television.

The role requires the ability to digest and report upon large volumes data around products, brands films and TV shows.

Daily you will work closely with our clients (studios, streaming companies and tv networks mainly).

The right candidate will ideally have a background in research, marketing, or advertising, and be experienced in working with clients and sticking to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and custom reports according to customer needs and objectives
Demonstrate keen understanding of entertainment data to clients and concisely achieve their business objectives through reports
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Work closely with a large team of experienced analysts who support and help each other on various projects as needed

Qualifications
Proven work experience as an analyst, project manager or data analysis experience major plus if this experience is in the TV, entertainment or social media monitoring space
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, excel, powerpoint and graphing skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
