Job Description Our Allstate officein Hauppauge NY IS GROWING We are seekingconfident, motivated Insurance Sales Representatives.Noexperience required; we will pay the right people to get their license.

Solid base pay withSUBSTANTIAL commission potential.

Youwill have the opportunity to join a high energy, tight-knit and success-driven team, which is currentlyranked 6 of 230agencies in New Jersey, year to date.

Ability to build immediate rapport, over the phone with prospects is a must.

You will be provided with hands-on training from everyone on the team.

And you will not be responsible for generating your own business.

You will receiveWARM LEADS, paid for by the agency.

You will be fielding an average of 18 warm leads per day, with an established work flow process to ensure proper follow-up.

If you are a great sales person and youfollow our formula you will be very successful.

Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Provideexceptional customer service.

Be outstanding at relationship building.

Requirements A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
