Alamon Inc.: Utility Pole Inspector

Utility Pole InspectorAlamon is looking for seasoned Utility Pole inspectors.

The job is compensated with production-based pay with the ability to earn in the range of $30 to $40 per hour worked.

Our best-producing inspectors have earned up to $43 per hour worked.

We are looking for inspectors that want to work 50 to 60 hours per week.

We expect our inspectors to exceed the minimum production requirements and until the production standards are met, we pay $18 per hour.

We are also offering a sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment of $500.

There is flexibility around hours and days worked.

We cover the cost of hotel and transportation when traveling.

Year-round employment depending on willingness to travel.

Our inspectors must be reliable, flexible, and physically able to perform job duties.

Utility Pole Inspector Responsibilities:Use of reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance.Understand and Implement all safety, quality, and production goals.Complete inspection records, and report and follow appropriate codes and regulations.Collect field data and perform daily and weekly reporting.Maintain and keep records up to date on all tools, electronics, vehicles, and equipment.

Utility Pole Inspector Job Qualifications:Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.Possess a current/valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no DUI/DWIs within the past 3 years.Must pass a criminal background check and a drug test.Willing to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as required.Have the ability and mentality to work outdoors, in a physically demanding work environment and all-weather conditions, lifting or moving up to 75 lbs., hiking in various terrain.Demonstrate leadership abilities to successfully complete job tasks while accepting full responsibility for the safe operations and maintenance of the vehicle, equipment, and tools.A professional attitude that will positively represent the Alamon organization to clients and the communities in which they work.
