This function involves the monitoring of flight turnaround operations to assure respect of ramp safety, security and operational procedures, while optimizing quality, company revenue and punctuality.

This position also includes tasks related to data preparation for flight planning.Part time position consisting 30 hours minimum (5 days a week roster including night and day shift).Key Responsibilities: 1.

Perform the duties of “Flight Arrival/Departure Function” on the ramp as per company regulationTransmit provisional payload data to flight dispatch in EuropePrepare all elements of flight folder for Cockpit CrewFollow-up on ATC Flight Plan transmissionMonitor and update flight load evolutionBrief Cockpit Crew on the flight and local particularities2.

Monitor & Support ground operations in back-office environment before arrival of the flightsMonitor aircraft arrivals and departures on ATC frequencies and computer systemsTransmit & Receive air-to-ground communications with cockpit crewPerform liaison between ground operations activities and other departments including service providersUpdate station departments, and suppliers on the evolution of aircraft movements, including slot monitoringInterface with OCC as neededAcknowledge and take actions to every messages & requests pertaining to the flight3.

Monitor and Coordinate Aircraft Handling on the rampApply regulations on dangerous goods handling and loadingCommunicate provisional loading to Load Planning departmentPerform briefings and de-briefings with Ramp teamsEnsure that aircraft is handled and loaded to in accordance with company procedures and regulationsReport final loading to Load Planning departmentMonitor and correct the providers if needed, and report back to Management to feed Safety Management System.Ensure a safe work environment4.

Coordinate and apply the Station Turnaround PlanMonitor and Enforce company and local government Security rules,Monitor and Enforce company and local safety rules of the ramp during all phases of the turnaroundMonitor and evaluate progress on the critical path of turnaround plan to reduce ground time during short turnaroundsMonitor suppliers to ensure conformity, and on time completion of tasks5.
