AIMS Companies: Hydro Excavation/Vacuum Operator I – Cdl

:Responsible for operating and properly maintaining vacuum and hydro excavation trucks throughout the course of the job.Operating hydro excavation truck to perform pipeline cleaning, potholing, trenching, tunneling, locating utility lines, subsurface utility engineering and cleaning tanks.Must be able to manage water pressure in excess of 3000 psi.Responsible for maintaining the equipment and keeping it in top operating condition.Responsible for keeping the equipment clean inside and out.Responsible for following company policies.Completing paperwork, forms, and records as needed.Follow all company and OSHA mandated safety policies and procedures.Follow local and federal DOT Regulations while operating machinery and vehicles.Good communication with other employees and customers.This list is not a full description of the duties of the position.

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the company’s operational needs.Requirements:Class B CDL with Tanker endorsementPossess a current and valid DOT medical certificateCriminal background check and safety performance verificationClean MVRUnderground utility experience a plusDriver’s License with clean driving recordMinimum of 21 years oldAbility to communicate in English both verbally and in writingMust pass pre-employment drug screen and background checkMust be authorized to work in the United States Preferred qualifications include:Above-average customer service and communication skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.Capable of working under time constraints to ensure critical deadlines are met.

Benefits:Benefits are available to full-time employees (30 or more hours per week).Medical, dental, vision, voluntary life insurance, and voluntary short-term and long term disability insurance after 60 days.Holiday pay.40 hours vacation pay after 1 year; 80 hours after 2 years.Sick pay according to state laws.401(k) with company match after 1 year.Per Diem is available to all employees regardless of employment classification (full-time, part-time, or temporary employees).

Travel:Travel may be required.

Per Diem is paid for any overnight travel.
