As a Senior Business Information Analyst, you will be serving in a multi-faceted capacity, that will involve providing analysis and recommendations related to high-visibility analytics projects, as well as acting as the backbone of support for daily business data operations.

About the roleWe want to hear from you today if you can:Build and maintain data marts to support end-to-end visibility of business operations through reporting dataDevelop and maintain predictive models to support Marketing and Sales Operations insight and initiativesResolve a variety of high-impact problems/projects through in-depth analysis of business operations processes and dataDevelop and maintain ETL jobs supporting departmental data operationsDevelop comprehensive knowledge of business operations data and processes in order to provide analysis and technical support for high-visibility analytics projectsProvide support to junior-level analysts, related to daily operationsWork with business leaders to create data products that drive continuous improvement What we are looking for4 years of experience in hands-on, data-centric roleExtensive experience working with RDBMS, ideally in T-SQL and SSMSExtensive experience developing SQL stored procedures within complex database schemas, utilized in both data warehousing and analytical capacitiesExtensive experience developing ETL scripts/processesExperience in statistical modeling and developing predictive models using R and/or PythonAdvanced data visualization and dash-boarding skills with popular Business Intelligence applications (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)Ability to distill complex business information into actionable insight.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and take action with limited supervisionAcute attention to detailAbility to communicate complex and nuanced information to non-technical business leadersAbility to navigate multiple business lines to understand operational processes and how they relate to business outcomes A look at our benefitsAt AIG, we have a 100-year legacy of working to make the world a better place.
