Maintains company agency records.
Audits records to ensure statutory and state insurance regulation compliance.
What Youll Do You’ll be Responsible for: Coordinates all system information updates regarding agent change requests, including address, agency employee/ producer changes, and banking changes for ACH deposits Reviews agency contracts and other required documents for accuracy and completeness, including E&O, W-9, licenses, agency contact information, addresses and secondary locations Assist in the set-up of ACH commission deposits and respond to numerous questions as we on-board agents Monitors data input into Salesforce.com and all in-house recordkeeping databases.
Coordinates all Agent appoints with company strategic alliances and vendor systems Reviews Agency Buy/Sell Agreements for eligibility within our framework of current appointed agencies, accuracy of legal agreement, processing of new or existing appointment paperwork and E&O, and initiating the system conversion of policies to the new agent Provide agency support for questions related to commission statements, system navigation, Agent reports and a host of other questions related to daily policy management for the agent Review monthly reports from DFS for agency status and PIF count and notify DFS of license status changes Maintains all of AIICs agency contracts, appointments and licenses Appoint and terminate in-house staff licenses for Sales, Claims and Customer service.
What Youll Need to be a Top Candidate What You’ll Need to be a Top Candidate: Education: Associates Degree required.
Experience: Four (4) to 6 (6) years of personal lines experience, or combination of education and experience.
Licensure: None required.
Knowledge: Demonstrated skills in the use of computer software applications.
Specific knowledge in a particular line of business and / or additional education may be required by the hiring business unit.
Familiarity with various types of insurance policies preferred.
