Great opportunity to join a publicly traded company that is growing.$60,000 to $65,000Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Lead:Responsible for the full cycle AR processWill mentor and lead the AR teamHandle collection calls, deposits, cash applications and reconciliation of customer accountsHandle research and discrepancies, deductions and analysis of accountsCash applications, ACH/Wire payments and credit card paymentResponsible for the agingMaintain account receivable files and recordsCommunicated with internal/external customers about A/R billing and payment discrepanciesAssist with the month-end close processRequirements for the Accounts Receivable Lead:3-5 years of full cycle AR experienceExperience in a lead or supervisory roleStrong commercial business to business collections experienceManufacturing/distribution industry experienceKnowledge of billing/invoicingIntermediate Excel skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and strong analytical skills
