We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a temp to hire position with our client located in Fountain Valley.
This position will be working onsite, not remote.Pay $24.00-$26.00 per hourResponsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:Will be responsible for processing invoices and handling the weekly check runsSet up ACH/Wire paymentsVendor management, set up new vendors and filesPrepare credit applications for new vendorsHandle research and discrepanciesProcess credit cardsResponsible for the monthly expense reportsPurchase orders, and assisting with the month-end close processRequirements for the Accounts Payable Specialist:High School Diploma2-3 years of full cycle AP processing experienceManufacturing/distribution is highly desiredStrong Excel skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with any large ERP system
