and there are many more to come.Job SummaryThe Senior ERP Analyst at Advanced Nutrients will be the subject matter expert for support in Sage X3 and integrations with third-party applications.
They will provide functional and technical support to ensure the smooth operation and support of the organization?s Sage X3 environment with users at 10+ locations in North American and Spain.
This role is responsible for new function implementation, maintaining, upgrading, and supporting the Sage X3 ERP system as part of a team.
This is an operational support position that requires excellent incident and problem management, communication, and customer service skills.Responsibilities* Perform as subject matter expert in Sage X3 ERP system* Provide routine Sage X3 production support* Work with the business to understand the needs and application of the Sage X3 to support their business processes* Create user guides, process and requirement documents, and test plans for internal and external partners* Work with Sage X3 Manager to facilitate meetings with project stakeholders and determine project and application requirements* Manage, configure and implement Sage X3 features to fulfill a business need.* Coordinate integration efforts with Magento Ecommerce platform.* Identify opportunities for process improvements* Accountable for delivery of large enterprise-wide projects* Perform SQL queries for data analysis and report building* Work closely with Third Party developers and consultants Desired Skills* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines* Ability to design and create business reporting with tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), MS Excel, MS Power BI or similar tools* Vendor management experience by completing ERP System integration and change projects with Third Party vendors* In-depth knowledge of quote-to-cash, order-to-cash and/or MRP processes* Experience working with C-Suite and communicating cross functionality* Knowledge and use of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology* Experience implementing an eCommerce integration with an ERP System* Crystal Report development* Experience supporting global users* Familiarity with Sage Enterprise Intelligence (SEI)* Previous experience as a Sage X3 Implementation Consultant is a plus.* Experience using help desk and ticketing solutions, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Magento eCommerce is desirable, but not requiredRequired Education And Experience* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business (or related) or relevant work experience* Minimum 3 years Sage X3 ERP support and maintenance experienceSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position.Work EnvironmentBased in Los Angeles, CA or Woodland, WA.
