As an HR Generalist at Advanced Nutrients you will ensure effective delivery of HR services to all staff across the business.
This role will report to the Director of Human Resources and be a key player in supporting our employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.ResponsibilitiesRespond in a timely manner to HR inquiries and requests from employees; Provide HRpolicy, process and/or advice and coaching to employees and managers Provide employees with information regarding leaves (FMLA/CFRA/PDL, etc.) and assists with the interactive process for reasonable accommodations Answer basic Benefit and related inquiries Compliance and Trends: Ensures policies comply with Federal, State, and City laws Identify potential personnel risks to company and coordinates/develops possible solutions Ensures policies are applied consistently.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law HR Administration and Support: Ensure the data integrity of our HRIS system Partner with Payroll to ensure all compensation changes and payouts are processed in a timely and accurate fashion Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting and other tasks as required Required Skills: Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines Dynamic, flexible, and proactive Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills Strong written/verbal communication Autonomy: ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge in administering and interpreting HR policies and practices in compliance with employment laws.
Proven experience operating in ambiguous situations and provide appropriate guidance to managers on employee-related matters.
Ability to manage confidentially at all levels.
Possess strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field, or 4 years’ equivalent work experience.
