The Advanced Analytics Group reports into the North America Distribution Insights & Analytics organization as a new function driving business value through the use of internal and external data, predictive analytics and data science.

The team focuses on providing cutting edge data and analytic solutions which will be used to support sales and marketing efforts within North America Distribution.

You’ll develop machine learning and deep learning models to create intelligent software applications used by sales and marketing teams.

You will analyze advisor, investor, economic trends and news articles that impact sales/marketing/business performance and recommend ways to improve outcomes.

You’ll have a meaningful project which will have an immediate impact on the business, such as using natural language processing (NLP) based chatbot technology aimed to interpret and understand the customer written inquires.

You are currently pursuing a PhD degree (Computer Science, Math, Cognitive Science a plus) You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above You’ll have relevant experience with a proven track record of leveraging analytics and large amounts of data to drive significant business impact.

You’ll have experience in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing and data mining algorithms.

(Preferred knowledge/experience includes common deep learning frameworks and methods for natural language processing and time series analysis) You are proficient in Python and at least one common open-source deep learning software library such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

You have a track record of publishing in machine learning conferences.

You can think independently yet actively contribute in a collaborative environment.

You are a clear and thoughtful communicator.
