General Description The Admissions Advisor will provide the first contact with students interested in MedCerts training programs.

The Admissions Advisor will be responsible for enrollment activities from the initial contact with a student to determine the appropriate program and create/submit paperwork to the potential student and workforce case managers.

Additional responsibilities include learning and executing administrative procedures and policies for the team.

This position requires the candidate to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

There will be frequent communication with students, Case Managers, as well as internal support departments.

Essential Functions Ability to follow a predefined system, yet flexible enough to adapt to an ever-changing industry environment Ability to work independently, with a sense of urgency Ability to communicate with students effectively through multiple communication channels Ability to analyze situations, conduct student investigations, seek clarifications and think creatively to generate solutions Ability to multi-task and support multiple projects at the same time General Duties And Responsibilities Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual enrollment goals Handle incoming and make outbound phone calls with potential students referred via workforce offices and/or MedCert marketing Create and complete student acceptance letters and workforce required approval forms Provide exceptional customer service assistance with students and WIOA case managers Follow up with case managers for training approval forms Create and update notes in Salesforce and QuickBase Responsible for understanding and discussing the funding options that are available for potential students Ability to learn and understand the difference of each state and regions workforce WIOA rules, regulations and requirements Obtain expert product knowledge in all MedCerts educational courses and programs Additional responsibilities may be added as deemed necessary by management Required Qualifications Two years minimum sales experience with Consumers and Business Proven track records of meeting and exceeding sales goals Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team Ability to maintain a professional appearance and manner Typing skills at least 50 words per minute Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) Ability to maintain records and process in Salesforce Powered by JazzHR 9SCwRutgMv(p(by Jobble(/p(
