Admin Event Assistant

Vaco Los Angeles is working with a client in the legal industry who is looking of an admin event assistant! We are looking for someone energetic, personable, and has expereince in the office/event coordination field.

As an admin event assistant, you will help assist in all the pre event coordination as well as perform other office related duties. This role is looking for someone comfortable going in the office full time. Come join this exciting team, with great perks, relaxed and fast growing environment.

  • Pre-Event Coordination – communicate with clients and vendors, co-create timeline, layout, vendor list, staff events, communicate with staff
  • Admin and Office – Organize jobs and billing, maintain schedule, process mail, maintain electronic and paper files
  • Event-Day Production, oversee event set up and event timeline as well as making sure all guest and clients have a positive expereince
  • Support the planning and execution of events (including pre-event planning and marketing, day-of-event management, processing event gifts, tracking expenses, follow-up stakeholder engagement, and evaluating the success of special events)
  • Event Coordination and office expereince is a must
