Adecco: Store Design Specialist

The Creative and Marketing team of Adecco is recruiting for a Store Design Specialist for a luxury fashion clientThe Store Design Specialist will join an in-house regional team of professionals that isResponsible to maintain and protect the Global Brand esthetics by designing and executing a variety of Point of Distribution in the Multi Brand Retailers environment.The Specialist will work closely with the Group Director to manage the execution of projects and support internal and external partners relations.

The Specialist will play a role in engaging with Merchandising and Marketing teams to communicate the Store Design function throughout the life of each project.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a passion for details.Position Responsibilities: Partner with Store Design team members in the execution of new custom counters Uphold the client’s High-end brand standards and be brand image ambassador.

Organize internal communication between Project Stakeholders and Team Leadership Manage meeting coordination between External partners, Retailers, Consultant and Vendors Assist Group Director in the support of Repair and Maintenance programs.

Prepare and maintain formal communication such as presentations and reports Handle multiple project schedules in partnership with team members Generate periodical work stream material for management review Coordinate the asset management in multiple platforms, including Microsoft SharePoint Travel to project sites and regional markets nationwide to oversee image status.

Manage day-to-day activities on projects related merchandising operations.

Understand architectural drawings from concept to construction documentation.

Aesthetically inclined (appreciation for art, beauty, luxury).

3-5 years of experience, Retail Design and Visual Merchandising a plus.

Degree in Design (Degree in Architecture a plus but not necessary).

Based in NYC 10% Travel Requirement
