Full-Time Registered/Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor position

The counselor will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team under the Clinical Supervisor’s direction in an outpatient setting. Duties include drug testing, intakes, assessments, individual counseling sessions, facilitation of groups, and documentation. Will provide substance abuse treatment to youth ages 12-19 referred through Drug Court, Informal Court, schools, and voluntarily. The position requires completion of, or enrollment in, an academic addiction studies program, registration with one of the state-approved certification entities, and one-year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
Work hours are second-shift, Monday through Friday 12:00p – 8:30p.
