A growing law firm is looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to help drive their sales and grow the business.
The ideal candidate will be resourceful, dependable and have excellent communication skills to increase sales, enhance the company’s reputation and look for new and creative ways to market their services.

Business Development Associate Duties andResponsibilities
● Identify industries and researchingpotential referral sources to obtain leads
● Scheduling phone/video meetings toreach out to prospects.
● Presenting the value of the firm’sservices to provide to prospects.
● Follow up with prospects throughHubSpot.
● Develop and maintain clientrelationships.
● Gather useful information from referralsource data.
● Maintaining the database of contactinformation.
● Building long-lasting, mutuallybeneficial relationships.
● Other duties as assigned.
Business Development AssociateRequirements
● High School Diploma or equivalent workexperience.
● 1 2 years’ relevant work experiencein business development, sales, customer service, recruiting or similar field.
● Bilingual in English and Spanish.
● Demonstrated ability inbusiness-to-business (B2B) sales.
● Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
● Ability to meet weekly goals.
● Problem solver.
● Ability to multitask.
