Ad Measurement Analyst

This Ad Platforms team is responsible for delivering global advertising technology solutions for The Company’s Linear and Addressable channels, brands, and streaming services. With unmatched scale, premium content, and innovative capabilities, Ad Platforms is the market leader in advertising. We build and maintain proprietary technology, ranging from ad serving and ad delivery, campaign management, data operations, and reporting as well as all the internal and external integrations that come with evolving and maintaining a best-in-class video advertising business. The Ad Platform Channel Operations team is looking for an experienced Google Ad Manager (GAM) candidate with a focus on ad measurement technology to assist with the day-to-day operations in our campaign management and ad measurement channels. Our successful candidate has demonstrated experience providing input to ad measurement escalations to resolve and optimize the Ad delivery challenges. You will need proven leadership skills, a sense of urgency, experience with critical service operations, and the ability to problem-solve in high-volume, production environments. This is an exciting opportunity for an ad measurement enthusiast to join the fast-paced, talented professionals on the Ad Platform team.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day technical operations of the Campaign Management and Ad Measurement channels.

• Triage and troubleshoot operational issues, run point on escalations, and provide Tier 1 & 2 support.

• Maintain channel-specific operational playbooks for both internal and external consumption.

• Analyze and communicate the impact of key strategy, market, or product changes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years ad operations experience working in GAM.

• Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience with ad measurement technology (Nielsen, MOAT, ComScore, Integral Ad Science (IAS) and DoubleVerify (DV)) in an Ad Operations, or support function.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and partner across multiple teams and organizations.

• Experience with managing ad measurement escalations involving Invalid Traffic (IVT), delivery discrepancies and viewability issues.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and unacquainted audiences.

• Strong presentation and documentation skills including experience working with Confluence, PowerPoint, and LucidChart.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital advertising systems and ecosystems

• Experience using data analytics to triage and troubleshoot ad measurement escalations.

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics
