Position Summary: Our growing Alarm Dispatch Center is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Service Coordinator.

We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues, offer a solution, and schedule technicians.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call Answer incoming internal employee calls for job scheduling using our automated scheduling system Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated Coordinate with the service and installation management Use follow-up techniques to ensure inquiries are resolved in a timely and accurate manner Technical troubleshooting over-the-phone to improve customer experience, resolving or determining the root cause of the technical issue Work closely with field technicians on troubleshooting signals and technical issues when needed.

Experience and Education: High school diploma or GED required Service experience including handling calls from clients and scheduling appointments is required 1-2 years home or commercial security industry experience strongly desired Security Industry / Home Security experience helpful Required Skills: Strong computer skills The capability to work well in high-pressure situations Excellent interpersonal communication skills High level of professionalism Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to make decisions that are in the best interest of the customer and the company Must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting Proficient at prioritizing workload Proficient with MS Word and Outlook Able to sit at a desk for long periods of time Must be available to work some holidays and weekends Compensation & Benefits The compensation package will be competitive to the market and with a competitive base salary and exceptional benefits.
