ACS Security a Member of My ALarm Center: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Summary:ACS Security offers concierge-level home security to a variety of communities in Los Angeles.We are seeking an energetic and motivated full cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist to work in our Chatsworth, California office with occasional travel to our Bel Air location as needed to meet candidates.

Our Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening and selecting top talent and is primarily focused on patrol officers, emergency call dispatchers, sales professionals and service technicians.

This job is a full-time, high-volume, continuous recruiting position.

The is an in-person role with flexibility to work remote 2 days a week.Essential duties and responsibilities:High-volume continuous recruiting of all operational roles to fill new positions, replace attrition and develop pipeline for talent in all key areas.

These include Armed and Unarmed Patrol, Security Installation technicians, Dispatch positions and Sales positions.Post, source, qualify, schedule and interview candidates while working closely with our management team.Provide a professional candidate experience throughout the screening, schedule coordination, interview facilitation and offer processReceive hiring targets from management and monitor and report on the progress on a weekly basis.Provide detail reports on activity, metrics, sourcing strategies and results of sameWe are seeking candidates with experience:Recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume, environment.Recommending and implementing ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the companyPartnering with management, HR and other company staff members to recruit and retain new employeesUtilizing creative sourcing techniques and managing multiple sourcing relationshipsExtending offers to candidates including negotiating offers strategicallyCompleting pre-hire and onboard documentsSuccessfully meeting hiring targets and reporting weekly recruiting targets and progressManaging candidates through an applicant tracking system and complying with company record keeping policiesJob Specifications:Must have prior experience and be proficient in Talent Acquisition technologies including applicant tracking systems and 3rd party job boardsMust be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, primarily Outlook and Excel for reporting and schedulingMust be proficient in all legal and compliance aspects of Talent AcquisitionProficient in behavior-based interviewing and interview best practicesAbout ACS Security:Since 1983, ACS Home Security has been the premier residential alarm and patrol service for the West Side of Los Angeles.
