SBMA is different because of their personal service, speed of implementation, and innovative approach to benefits coverage.SBMA, an Acrisure agency partner, has a current need for a full-time Operations Specialist.

The Operations Specialist will assist one of SBMAs managing partners with the duties below.

Qualified candidates will possess the ability to pay attention to detail, self-motivation, outstanding customer service (verbal and written), learn and use new computer systems and software, and work well in collaborative environments.

At least one year of medical benefits-related insurance experience is a mustEssential Duties And Responsibilities Insurance Renewal Creation Group termination processing Communication via phone/email with broker partners and clients Client calls and portal demonstrations Portal Administration Administrative work, primarily using Excel and other computer-based programs Various Audits via Excel Projects as neededThis description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management.CompetenciesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
