This position will be responsible for performing all facets of administration in the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs as well as identify federal, state, and local regulatory requirements that impact our business, and partner with HR departmental leaders to mitigate identified risks.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Design and administration of 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible spending accounts, supplemental insurance plans and voluntary benefitsCarrier and agent interaction to ensure effective enrollments, changes, terminations and claims resolutionHealth Plan sponsorship compliance supportMonthly benefit billing reconciliationAgency acquisition activity supportControlled Group data collection and review for timely reportingDetermine, track, and comply with medical support notices and/or court ordersTrack employee benefit eligibility and assist in the communication of benefit materials for new hires, open enrollment, and exit meetingsPreparation of employee benefit deductions, client invoicing and on-going verification of overall accuracy in payroll systemAssist with Acrisure 401(k) plan supportProcess and reconcile 401(k) payment requests to FinanceEnsure new hires are added to the 401(k) plan timely in accordance with plan provisionsAssist with the management of FMLA, HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, ACA and Section 125 Plan administration and complianceIn coordination with Acrisure leadership, oversee and complete regulatory reporting, including EEOC, ACA, 5500, New Hire Reporting, etcCoordinate with HR team and legal to establish HR document retention schedule.Comply with all Acrisure policies and proceduresCompetencies: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
