We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional with great accounting skills for our corporate headquarters.QUALIFICATIONSWe are seeking a reliable, highly detail-oriented individual with at least two years of full cycle accounts payable experience.
Background checks and pre-employment drug test will be required prior to employment.

This is not a remote position.DUTIES include but are not limited to:Review and input invoices and check requests timely and accuratelyPrepare and process paymentsEnsure accuracy of general ledger coding according to company procedureCorrespond with vendors as needed to resolve pending payment issuesFollow approval and authorization process for paymentsAssist Financial Accounting in month-end closePrepare and distribute Form 1099’s and other related tax formsCommunicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customersAppropriately represent the agency in a professional mannerSKILLSWorking knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Programs, including Word and ExcelOn Base experience a plusMust be able to prioritize in a very busy environmentBasic office equipment knowledge (fax, copier, scanning, phones, etc.)Good English communication skills, both reading and writingAbility to meet schedules and timelinesWe provide a friendly and motivating work environment and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k.
