Accra: Quality Assurance Specialist

This position will also provide support to clients and PCA’s in the Brainerd area who require walk-in and call-in assistance.

Duties: Review incoming paperwork according to QA policy and send it out to clients.Follow up with clients to received signed paperwork back.Complete quarterly audits as assigned.Identify trends occurring with paperwork or AccraFinity issues and report to QA manager.Run a weekly submissions report and send to QP missing paperwork, also involving supervisors when necessary.Work directly with QP on updates or corrections needed with paperwork and updating QA manager as needed.Maintain front desk and assist with phone calls and walk-ins.Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: 1-year experience working with individuals having developmental disabilities preferred.Experience working with Waivered Services and/or PCA is a plus.Maintain excellent communication with families, counties, and state agencies.Advanced communication skills both written and oral.Ability to organize and prioritize.Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detailMaintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality while working in a fast-paced office environment, independently and as a team member.Advanced skills in the use of office technology, including MS Office Suite with advanced skills in Word Excel and Outlook.Must pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
