Immediate need for a Temporary-to-Hire Accounts Receivable Specialist for a consumer products company in the Downtown Los Angeles area. Only accepting resumes for local applicants. Pay $24-25/hour.
Responsibilities will include: verifying and processing payment deductions as it pertains to discounts, damages, promotions, and chargebacks; cash applications; assist with collections by researching past due accounts and drafting correspondence; and assisting with preparation of invoices.
Qualifications:
3+ years accounts receivable experience working with Big Box Retailers
ERP Systems experience and Advance MS Excel
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
