THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a collaborative, proactive and fun global finance team.

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist who is process driven, detail-oriented and a team player.

You will provide accounts receivable support in our growing business while working with reliable, smart, and supportive colleagues.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
Reviewing and approving invoices daily
Recording all cash receipts daily
– including checks, credit cards, ACH and wire payments
Making bi-weekly bank deposits
Performing weekly bank reconciliations
Performing month end reconciliations
Assisting with investigating and responding to client and staff queries
Assist the Debt Collections Specialist
Other duties as required
As the successful candidate, you will have:
A thorough understanding of the A/R function
Self-motivation with the ability to problem solve
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple tasks
Experience with a recognized accounting software package (we use NetSuite)
Proficiency with MS Office including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality with sensitive information
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Educational requirement:
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field an advantage

– $52,000.00 per year
