Accounts Receivable Coordinator enters and applies daily cash receipts.
The ideal candidate will also work in a team environment answering phone calls and emails, process refunds and overpayments to customers and respond to credit card disputes.
The Accounts Receivable Coordinators duties include the following: Ensuring cash receipts, credits, and debits are applied properly Credit card disputes and other duties as assigned Works and responds to enquiries from other departments and agents Sets up refunds to customers Ensuring money due the agents is returned on a timely basis Develop standardized procedures and improved efficiencies through continuous training Employment Type & Hours: This full-time position will consist of 40 hours per week.
Hours fall between 8:00am and 5:00pm, M-F.
Possible overtime during peak season.
