The Accounts Receivable Associate will be responsible for ensuring that the accounts receivables are current and paid on time, investigation and resolution of charge backs timely and accurately and performing credit analysis.
The role interacts frequently with customers and various finance team members.
As a customer facing member of the Finance Team the Accounts Receivable Associate must have the ability to communicate in a professional and nuanced manner that affects collections while maintaining an excellent relationship with customers.(br((ul((li(Verify validity of account/payment discrepancies to resolve issues by obtaining and investigating information received from customers (/li((li(Research misapplied payments, overpayments, deductions/credits and work with Finance Team to reconcile accounts(/li((li(Review A/R portfolio for small balance write-offs(/li((li(Proactively engage with customers when they are past due via email and phone(/li((li(Prepare and send out invoices(/li((li(Send customers monthly billing statements(br((br((/li((/ul((strong( Who You Are: (br((/strong((ul((li(2+ years of accounts receivables/billing/collections experience relevant to the advertising/ digital media industry (/li((li(Proficient in Microsoft Excel (/li((li(Personable, curious, charismatic, and positive(/li((li(Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding, and fun entrepreneurial environment(/li((li(Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment(br((br((/li((/ul((strong(DeepIntent is committed to bringing together individuals from different backgrounds and perspectives.
