We are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist who has experience with 3 way matching and batching (purchase orders, bill of ladings and invoices), reconciling vendor statements and posting internal wire transfers.
This position reports to the Accounting Manager and will require professional written and verbal communication skills.
We work mostly on the Microsoft platform and on an ERP system, which we can train on.
The hours are Monday
– Friday with some overtime when needed.
