DescriptionRobert Half Finance is actively seeking a full-time Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to become an integral part of a high performing team at a growing company in the Professional Services industry.
The Accounts Payable Clerk will match, batch, and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks and expense reports.

The job site for the full-time Accounts Payable Clerk is in the Los Angeles, California area.Responsibilities
– Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed
– Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it
– Manage full-cycle A/P
– Carry out additional projects as required
– Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling
– Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners
– Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies
– Provide support during internal and external audits
– Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance DepartmentRequirements
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
– Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
– AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
– Prior experience in an A/P role preferred
– Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired
– Knowledge of Aderant
