Busy organization is in need of an A/P associate who has managed accounts payable using accounting software and other programs, handled accounts payable for multiple vendors, coding invoices, credit card charges, expense reports, check requests, etc., with correct codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the accounting system, can investigate and resolve problems associated with the processing of invoices, process payments via check, credit card, and able to reconcile vendor accounts.
