Are you a detail and goal oriented accounts payable specialist? Would like to work for a Top Tier Entertainment Company that is world renowned, fast-paced and the heart of the Los Angeles industry? We are currently searching for an Accounts Payroll Specialist who will focus on expense related projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient with expense reports and CC reconciliations.
As an Accounts Payable Expense Specialist your duties will include:

  • Assist with company wide roll out of Concur software
  • Process expense reimbursements
  • Issue checks and reimbursements to employees
  • Assist with account reconciliations and producing various reports
  • Process individual Credit Card expense

You are the perfect person if you have:

  • Associates Degree or higher in Accounting or Business related field highly preferred
  • 1-3 years of accounts payable experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, flexible, and dependable
