We are currently recruiting for talented Accounts Payable Clerks to join our growing team. This role will be for the Salaried Professional Service at Accountemps (loan staff division).

The Accounts Payable Specialist is a full-time employee of Robert Half that will be loaned out to companies for special projects. We work with a variety of companies (small, medium, and large) across all industries in Downtown Los Angeles, City of Industry, and Pasadena.
Job Requirements:
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for:
– Full cycle Accounts Payable – high volume processing. 200+ invoices per week
– Expense reports
– 1099s
– 3-way matching, batching and coding of invoices
– credit card and bank reconciliations
– communicating with vendors
– check runs
– journal entries
– GL coding
The Accounts Payable Specialist may also gain exposure to other accounting duties such as: accounts receivable, month end close, and audit based on the project they are placed on.
