Description: Property management firm located in Campbell specializing in providing professional management to community associations seeking permanent Full -Time Accounts Payable position.
This position is Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day available immediately Description:
· Responsible for all aspects of the payables process for assigned associations.
· Proper coding, preparing checks, researching invoices and maintaining current account balances
· Ensure signature cards are up to date and signers are correct
· Close coordination is required with the association manager, accountant, and various vendors to ensure timely and accurate writing and releasing of checks.
· Imputing of payroll information and 1099 tracking Required Skills/Experience/Education:
· Must have the ability to work both independently and in a team setting managing multiple changing priorities.
· Must be able to handle a high volume and fast paced environment
· Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary.
· Must maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
· Must have a minimum of two to three years accounts payable experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (or other email software) and some specific accounting software required.
