Your professional demeanor and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills make youan expert in building relationships with external clients and driving cross-functional cooperation with internal teams. You have fantastic organizational and analytical skills that you can apply to digital ad campaigns. You’re always ready to hit the ground running.Responsibilities:Serve as the client/advertiser’s point-of-contact for all digital media campaign-related inquiries from start to finish of campaign lifecycle by owning tasks and leveraging support teams. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:• Serve as the primary post-sale POC for clients on a designated book of business.• Focus on client retention, growth, renewal, and client satisfaction. Aim to exceed client expectations.• Maintain deep expertise and knowledge of all programs managed through our DSP and all guaranteed buys through our premium sites such as Yahoo, Yahoo Finance, Yahoo Sports, etc.• Understand how Yahoo’s products and programs will assist brands in reaching their marketing goals.• Collaborate with Account Director, Strategists, and Sales Specialists on RFP responses, proactive proposal development, optimizations, presentations, selling new business and upselling existing clients.• Oversee I/O processing, campaign setup, and creative submission via partner teams.• Monitor and influence campaign delivery, troubleshoot and escalate delivery issues, and provide optimization/up-selling opportunities.• Thorough knowledge and understanding of all Yahoo advertising products, internal systems, and auxiliary partner teams to respond to general and specific client requests, including campaign performance, delivery inquiries, billing inquiries, and accurate invoicing for campaigns.• Expand and develop client relationships to build and maintain deep-level partnerships.• Provide ad hoc training for clients as new products, features, and pilots roll out to market.• Develop and provide Strategic Insights, Campaign Wrap-ups, and/or Quarterly Business Reviews to clients.• Maintain and update proficiencies in the digital marketing space.Qualifications• 3+ years of digital advertising experience, sales/marketing experience• Background in servicing and/or consulting in a vendor/client relationship preferred• Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional environment• Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities through the use of critical thinking, creativity, analytics, and category expertise• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to “think on your feet”• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Ability to handle multiple prioritiesYahoo is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
