The Account Coordinator will play a key role assisting the Account Management team and our hotel partners, acting as a liaison across onboarding, support, and implementation.

Responsibilities
Onboard new hotels through communications, page implementation, and account setup Provide support to hotel partners, assisting with day-to-day requests and making sure accounts are set up correctly and are up-to-date Prepare materials, conduct demos, and provide training of our platform and features Work closely with Account Managers, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree At least 2 years experience in a client-facing role Strong communication skills Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail Experience with CRM tools Tech-savvy with an ability to work fast and efficiently in online systems A passion for all things hospitality/travel
