Academic Advisor University of California Los Angeles Requisition Number: 36590 Salary: $3,933 – $9,067 monthly Position Description: The Academic Advisor advises undergraduate students served by Center for Academic Advising in the College (CAAC) at UCLA regarding academic requirements and options. CAAC is part of the Division of Undergraduate Education within the UCLA College and provides academic advising and related programs and services to approximately 18,000 undergraduates. Major responsibilities of the Academic Advisor in addition to academic advising include: participate in the development, administration and evaluation of all programs under the jurisdiction of College Academic Counseling; participate in outreach activities, and evaluate student petitions and determine decisions. This position requires maintaining a regular schedule and on-time attendance. This position reports to the CAAC Director of Advising Staff and Administration.
