Frequently visited by some of the world’s best athletes, artists and tastemakers, Culture Kings is ahead of its game offering an elite perspective of the ever-changing global streetwear landscape.The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for providing outstanding service to our online customers across all communication platforms in a timely manner, whilst keeping with the tone and feel of the company.

The Customer Experience Representative performs duties to a level that meets the team and individual KPI’s as instructed by management in recurring meetings.

The Customer Experience Representative reports directly to the Head of Customer Experience.What your day will look like:Provide outstanding service to our online customers via in line with the Culture Kings brand and voice across all platforms.Attend & contribute to team discussions to help develop strategies & procedures that will contribute to improving overall customer experience.Meet and strive to exceed individual and team customer experience KPI’s and targets.Respond to customer enquiries across all platforms, including phone, text, email, online chat and social mediaFulfill end to end customer service.Monitor customer online orders and proactively manage any issues that arise.Provide administrative support for order issues where required.Support customers with escalated enquiries through to resolution.Work alongside peers to ensure necessary cover is allocated to tasks to ensure business goals are always achieved including cover for leave.Maintain clear and open communication within the Customer Experience team and leadersBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with the Customer Experience Team.Build and maintain strong professional relationships across all departments.Other duties as assigned.What you need to succeed:2+ years of customer service experience with a track record of providing excellent customer service.Basic level of understanding of CRM Platform and communication tools.Experience in retail e-commerce direct to consumer operations preferred.Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Windows and Google Suite.Experience with Shopify Plus desirable.Ability to multitask & self-manage time spent on tasks to ensure maximum output.Strong problem-solving skills to ensure a positive experience for all customers.Remain positive and promote a culture of continuous improvement and engagement within the team.Must be organized, a self-starter, and have strong interpersonal skills to work effectively and build strong relationships with business partners.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Fashion Apparel preferredKey Attributes:Ability to think outside the box and create magic moments for our customersMotivated and committed to being the best at what you doCapability to thrive in a fast-paced constant changing environmentAlways innovative, improving and pushing the limitsResourcefulness find the way or make the wayA winning mindsetAt Culture Kings, we offer a package that can only be described as best in class within the ecommerce space today!
