The ideal attorney will have experience drafting discovery and motions, depositions, court appearances, trial prep, etc.
Trust & Estate litigation experience is a plus but not required. This firm will train on the practice area and require an interest in trust & estate litigation.

This attorney role will start 100% onsite for the first 3 to 6 months and then move to a hybrid remote work model (3 days onsite and 2 days work from home).
