A premiere immigration firm is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of immigration experience. This attorney will handle a variety of business and family immigration cases. This firm is unique in that it handles a small number of complex cases (rather than a high volume of cookie cutter cases). This is NOT a mill firm where attorneys burn out or feel underappreciated. This firm will invest in this immigration attorney and give them autonomy with their cases. This immigration attorney position has phenomenal growth potential and a clear path to partnership!
The ideal immigration attorney will have strong writing skills and attention to detail. The firm is willing to train on specific visas, but the ideal attorney will have exposure to some of these cases: H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, I-140, AOS, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, K visas, etc.
The firm requires that this attorney must have a JD. This attorney can be barred in any state (CA bar admittance is a plus but NOT required).
