2nd Shift Bundles

Description: 2nd Shift Assembler
– Monday to Thursday
– 4;30pm to 3:00am MUST HAVES: Mechanically Inclined Power tools Attention to detail Hand Eye Coordination As an Assembly Technician, you will perform a variety of repetitive processes using varied machines and/or hand tools to complete the assembly and /or sub-assembly of component parts.

Primary job will vary by department: Cooler Pressing department
– Brief description
– working in the Assembly Cell to put together sub assemblies, add Caps -ensure they are aligned and then run through press machine.

Responsible for quality check and then packing finished Coolers into shipping containers.

After the press the units are tested using air pressure.

Will be removing plates after assembled, pinned and press tubes goes through oven zone, Bundle Department -Candidates will be working according to work orders set up the baffles into fixture.

Use the calipers to measure distance between end baffles to copper tube ends.

Using Glue Gun according to work order .Next the “Cores” are inserted into the Casting and prepared for the pinning and pressing process.

Other Duties:
• Maintain records relating to production, downtime, quality, maintenance, etc.

• Ensure that all quality standards are met by visually inspecting work and/or with measuring devices
• Keep work area, equipment, machine, etc.

clean and orderly at all times
• Perform necessary computer transactions in various computer applications and software programs
