We are hiring for an Program Coordinator Assistant on our team in our Culver City office.

We are working remotely right now but plan on transitioning back in a couple of months.Responsibilities:RESPONSIBILITIES:Taking phone calls and responding to client requests as assigned.Plan and orchestrate meetings/conference calls.Correspond professionally with internal employees and external clients.Maintain proper recordkeeping and filing systems for all work.Handle all follow ups for pending direct service provider applicationsAssist Program Coordinators with recruiting qualified direct support providersAttends job fairs and community events with Program CoordinatorProper data entry and archiving of all documents.Assist other team members as necessary.Be able to multi-task and provide fast turnaround in a fast-paced, high volume environment.Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:Associate’s degree (AA/AS) preferred.Able to exercise discretion with confidential information.Must be proficient at Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.Must be flexibleMust be able to work on multiple tasks and ensure that all assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Spanish speaking a plusBENEFITS & PERKS:COVID-19 RESPONSE:As an essential service, 24 Hour Home Care is committed to being part of the solution continuing our business and looking for innovative ways to support our clients, partners, and communities as we weather the storm together.
