We are hiring for an Care Coordinator, After Hours on our team in our El Segundo office.

We are working remote right now but plan on transitioning back to the office in a couple of months.

Schedule: Friday-Tuesday 3:30 pm 12:00 amResponsibilities:RESPONSIBILITIES:Work closely with our clients and build strong relationships with all parties involved in their careAct as the main point of contact for clients and our caregiversTake incoming phone calls from clients and caregivers and address any questions or concernsStaffing/Scheduling: Match the caregiver’s skill set with the client’s needsManage caregivers including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, determining pay, staffing, etcLearn and assist with billing and payroll processesReceive extensive hands-on training on the healthcare/home care industry, medical terminology, and providing legendary customer serviceHandling a high volume of inbound and outbound from clients, caregivers, etc.Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors or Associates degree, preferred1-2 year’s customer service experienceExceptional phone etiquette, as you will be handling a high volume of calls dailyStrong interpersonal skills, positive “Can Do” attitudeHighly dependable – excellent attendance record & strong work ethicHighly OrganizedBENEFITS & PERKS: COVID-19 RESPONSE:As an essential service, 24 Hour Home Care is committed to being part of the solution continuing our business and looking for innovative ways to support our clients, partners, and communities as we weather the storm together.
