Must have a passion for music and entertainment and possess knowledge of the talent space, including celebrities and social media influencers.This is a great career opportunity to work for a high-profile, global client in the music, audio and consumer technology space.Key Responsibilities: Maintenance of talent databases Social media tracking and reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basisList building, research, and data inputOutreach and research for celebrity & influencer opportunities Ongoing contact with publicists, managers, agents, and assistants Management of logistics and execution for activations On-site talent wrangling and event support Keeping up-to-date on celebrity news, trends, events, and moreExperience:Bachelor’s Degree in PR, Social or Marketing preferred but not essential3 years experience in client management/project management in an agency or in-house environmentGood working knowledge of the entertainment industry Ability to prioritize a wide variety of tasks and changing deadlinesSuperb client relationship management skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of Google Suite of productBonus: Experience in consumer PR/Social/Marketing campaigns (including list building, outreach and negotiation)
