Responsibilities: Production trainers On the Job (OJT) are teaching/training production associates the knowledge, skills and abilities required to be successful employees of the company.
Trainers act as mentors to associates and provide guidance and support, which will help them to develop the skills and abilities required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent work history and safety record Demonstrated knowledge and skill on various jobs within the department Good communication skills Demonstrated leadership abilities Operates with honesty and integrity Works well with others in a diverse environment Willing and able to work other shifts and weekends or to work in other areas as required Strongly prefer bilingual abilities Education & Experience: Previous experience performing various jobs with the department preferred
