As we launch our first hub in March, we are in search of a driven, intellectually curious individual to join our team and pull the disparate cross-functional work streams together.

This is a unique opportunity to support all facets of the business from beginning.Key Responsibilities:Formalize new store launch playbook, including timelines and budgetsDrive post-MVP prioritization of website/app feature buildout based on user dataDevelop forecasting best practices and replenishment targets in conjunction with head of supply chain, including pre-launch demand estimates and supplier segmentationAssist with item master optimization, including optimization of pricing across vendors and secondary supply opportunities across all itemsAssist with data validation and testing during soft-launch and post-launch to ensure data is mapped correctly within our physical space and that we’ve optimized the internal workflowDevelop best practices for post-launch S& OP process and integrated business planningDevelop corporate rituals and routines, including monthly/weekly/quarterly meeting cadenceDevelop cross-functional KPIs across all facets of the business and drive performance improvementAssist in development of best-in-class vendor management, including supplier scorecardsRequirements2 years of work experience with a background in finance, supply chain, account, or business managementBachelor’s degree required; MBA preferredDesire to work cross-functionally in an agile, start-up environmentAbility to work collaboratively with others in a relatively unstructured environment.
