Technical Analyst
Location: REMOTE, but comfortable working EST hours
Duration: 6 months +
Rate: $30-$40hr + on w2
** Must be able to convert FTE without sponsorship. We cannot work c2c with this client.
NEEDS: Amtelco Infinity experience OR someone with comparable contact center application experience such as Genesis
Must be able to do complex coding for SQL, scripting background
Looking for someone who has system analyst skill set but also understand programming languages
Must have clear communication skills (oral/written)
Degree is not required but would prefer candidate have BS in Computer Science with a focus in Programming
Description:
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. Years Experience: 5-10. Experience: Relies on extensive experience to plan and accomplish tasks. Leadership/Contributions: Leads and directs the work of others. Reports to: Director. Advanced Degree or Certifications: Yes. Must have a general programming or scripting background. Required experience with Amtelco’s Infinity product.

- Will be Scripting additional guidelines – for application
