Our utilities client, located in downtown Los Angeles, on the Metro line, is looking for a Project CoordinatorAdmin Analyst on a CONTRACT basis. Reporting to the Administrative Services Group Manager, you will use your skills in analysis and project management to assist with business plan initiatives and projects. You will work with the Contracting Services group to support Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory and Professional Services efforts. This is a 6 month contract with the option for extension. Remote now but post Covid this could be onsite in downtown LA. Responsibilities conduct research and analysis in a variety of areas up to and including the preparation of written reports, and make maintain tracking of contracts and SOWs (execution status, terms, dates, costs, etc.) analyze, prepare, and developmonitor project plans, tasks, work breakdown structures, cost estimates, schedule performance deliverables, and prepare reports, schedules, presentations, charts and other necessary documentation assist project managers with procurements and inventory processes reconcile portfolio-level schedules, staffing, allocation and budget information. a team player with dynamic people skills is a must as project teamwork and collaboration with invested stakeholders is required for this Requirements Bachelorrsquos Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong Project Management and exposure to contracts for Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse or Professional services is a plus. High level of competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) Oracle EBS is a plus Demonstrated analytical, financial budgeting, and forecasting skills Problem solving and strong communication (verbal and written) skills Strong organization skills, excellent time management and results orientation.
